Wordful Wednesday

I wish for this. Summer. I am so sick of the cold and wind!
Deer Creek Valley in the summer, it's beautiful and fun to hike in. The kids can't wait to get back for some exploring, wildlife watching and warm sun.

    When I took the trash out to the road this morning my hair froze. For real, when you find summer, will you plases send it to Kansas.

    I'm with you. I'm ready for summer. I'll even take spring if I have to. Deer Creek Valley looks like a gorgeous place.

    I just read NucMEd is Hot's comment. Her hair froze while taking out the trash! I think I would die. It gets to be around 60 around here and I'm freezing.

    oh my... frozen hair... I got a serious chill just imagining that. Bleah... next winter we will be back and the US and actually have to purchase coats and gloves and things. I'm not looking forward to it, altho the kids are begging for snow... yea, that'll last until the first sleet and then they'll be begging to come back to the desert!

    How come everyone in blog world is wishing for spring and complaining about snow days and I am completely and utterly jealous of you?

    I do get pretty sick of 70 degree weather 9/10 of the time. I would like a little winter please.
