Hanabi Grill.............sooooo good!

Having family in town means lots of visiting and entertaining and among the entertainment you have to eat! Therefore we went out to a wonderful restaurant for dinner tonight.

Hanabi Grill is a Japanese restaurant consisting of hibachi grills and the chefs prepare your food right in front of you. If that's not your style you can sit at a regular table or in the lounge and order from the regular menu. Hanabi has a great atmosphere, wonderful service and some of the BEST food around (steak, lobster, shrimp, scallops, chicken, sushi). Not only that, it's entertaining, you can't beat that........dinner and a show at the same time! The chef's have many years of training and they do some of the best cooking "tricks" you can imagine (talk about playing with your food). They let you catch it in your mouth when they toss it to you, they make bubbling and spewing volcanoes and do lots of knife tricks. It's fun, but a little intimidating for the little ones the first few times you go. I remembered to take my camera tonight and thought I would share some with you. If you live in Colorado or plan on visiting I highly suggest visiting!

  1. MMmm! We went to a Japanese-style grill over the summer for a birthday celebration. It was fun. Kids were tired (long day) and it was a bit overwhelming. My daughter about fell asleep in my lap! But they remember it positively and are asking to go again. The photos are making me hungry!
