So I racked my brain for a WW post and came up with nothin! I haven't posted a recipe in awhile so this is what you get. A yummy wordful (mouthful) Wednesday.
I like to expose my kids to different tastes from around the world and show them how good and different foods can taste. Tonight I got a wild hair and decided to make this........

Garam Masala roasted Pork Tenderloin with couscous and corn. It turned out so good and it was sooooo easy to make. 5 minutes prep time cooked on low for 2 hours.
Here's how
1 pork tenderloin any size. Mix the garam seasoning (1 tbsp), garlic salt(1/4 tsp.) and pepper (1/4 tsp) on a sheet of foil and roll the tenderloin in it. Put it in the oven covered and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover the last 15 minutes and prepare your couscous and veggies. Mine just happens to be corn because that's all I can get my kids to eat! The older kid loved it, the little ones weren't too hip on the spices, but hey, they tried it! Enjoy. For more wordful's head over to Angie at 7 clown circus.
This sounds great I will have to try it!!!
