Lolli at Better in Bulk has a photography challenge this week that I'm participating in. Last week she had a lesson in how/when to use your ISO and get better pictures. I have to say, as much as I love my camera and taking pictures, it's all very confusing. I guess I'm just going to take it one step (lesson) at a time. I just cannot wait for nicer weather to come so I can actually go outside and start shooting! This pictures was taken inside at Funtastic Fun, for Riley's birthday. I was using my Canon Rebel T1i, ISO 400, f11, 1/250 (I think, I've messed with it since then!)
The up's and downs, the funny and not so funny's of having a family...and everything in between!

Great pictures. Looks like a fun place for a party.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Yes, I agree--take it one step at a time. Eventually, you'll get to the point where all of this mumbo jumbo will start to make sense.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, I love the picture of him in his crown!
ReplyDeleteWhat happened to your playlist? I miss it! :P

ReplyDeleteRight there with you, taking it one step at a time! The ball pit picture is cute :)
ReplyDeleteI am new to this photography thing as well. Just got my camera a month ago and am trying to make sense of it all. Great Shots!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you... one step at a time. I'm still taking most of my photos in Auto, but I have been experimenting more with the macro setting, which I really love.
ReplyDeleteI adore the first photo of Riley with all the colorful balls, I think he looks gorgeous!
LMAO at the "hand sanitizer" part of the party....reality check. (smile) Winter survival tips: Yankee candle actually makes one called "Greenhouse." I've been known to light it...and hover. Bath and body has a "coconut, lime & verbena" line that is my sanity until spring....
